Would anyone who what does a "customer marketing officer" noc code is? ::) I have tried to ask the company who is offering this position but looks like thy wont give much details. I am still confused as to what noc code this position would fall under? ??? here is what they sent me an email.


Position: Customer Marketing Officer

Contract Period: 03/24/2014 to 09/30/2014.
Pay Rate: $17.98/hr
Work Location: 1600 JAMES NAISMITH DRIVE - OTTAWA - ONTARIO.
Hours: Shifts: Mon to Fri shifts between 9am-11pm and Sat shifts between 9am-9pm. Rotational Shifts and must be fully flexible. Must be available for 4 weeks of day time training.

*** Job Title: Unilingual Customer Marketing Officer (Inbound) ***

*Must have a minimum of 1 year proven sales ability gained through a customer oriented role such as retail, call centre, or hospitality industry.*

Department Overview: MBNA/TD is the newest addition to the Canadian Banking, Auto Finance and Card Services business.The MBNA Sales Department is a fast paced, high volume, inbound/outbound phone channel. The associates are measured on various metrics which include sales, call quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The Sales team will need candidates who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service while driving to exceed the goals set out by their manager. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong negotiation skills as well as various sales and marketing techniques.

Job Description: The majority of time will be spent receiving calls from customers set out by MBNA/TD strategies. On these calls, the associates will be expected to actively sell certain products defined by adhering to the strategies in place. They will need to demonstrate strong multitasking skills.

Job Requirements: Ability to work independently in pursuit of exceeding departmental goals while focusing on sales, accuracy and quality and Excellent displays of multi-tasking and negotiation skills are key attributes in adding value to the role.

The customers will be calling in to activate the credit card and the expectation is to sell other products on every call (very sales driven position.) Must have proven sales ability experience.
