NOC code for technical support engineer for storage

I am working as a technical support engineer for storage servers built by Dell EMC, Netapp, IBM etc.

My duties :
Troubleshoot customer issues on storage servers and provide resolutions
Recreate customer problems in lab.
Provided complete action plan to recover from the failures.
Assess the storage servers and provide recommendations.

I was searching for job codes and the exact match in terms of duties I found is 2282, but that is for just computer users. We work on storage servers.
I was checking 2281 and 2283 as well but that does not entirely match my profile. Can anyone advice.
