NOC Code for Retail Sales Manager

Hi, I'm working as a Retail Sales Manager in Toronto, just wanna know, when exactly I'm eligible to apply and under what NOC Code and what I need to do to extend my WP, because I only got 1 Year PGWP

What are the other Basic things required for me to apply and what If the caps got filled till the time I'm eligible.

You should be likely to fall under NOC 0621. To extend you will need an LMO.
If you were working full time (at least 30 hours) on that role for 1 year then should be eligible to apply for the CEC Program.
Once you get your AOR you can apply for BOWP.
