I am a qualified lawyer in Nigeria and I have been called to bar for about five years.
I plan to immigrate to Canada, however the NOS code 4112 (lawyers and Quebec notaries) seems to be only applicable to those who have been called in Canada.
My question is that since I am not called to bar in Canada, will the same NOC still apply to me?
