NOC Code and Minimum Wage Requirement

Hello Everyone,

I got an offer letter from company for Training Project Coordinator ($19/hr) with below listed responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Crate and Maintain Training Binders for Critical plant process
• Create and maintain Maintenance Schedules and Procedures for plant equipment
• Create and maintain Troubleshooting / Repair procedures for plant equipment
• Create product and process improvement plans for workshop and related equipment
• Create and maintain work instructions for all workstations
• Track SR&ED related projects

Job Goals

• Manufacturing related project management
• Continuous Improvement planning
• Inventory Control Planning
• Future Manufacturing Planning
• SR & ED Tracking and Planning

Questions:
1) What will be NOC code for the position mentioned above?
2) What is minimum wage rate to qualify in CEC class?

You can find the NOC yourself. There is no minimum wage rate but it is good to be within the median of the wage rate for that NOC. Information is on JobBank.

I already gone through all procedure and was not able to find any information on job bank and other websites of Canadian government. I have sent an email to NOC department through their portal. No answer till now.
