Hi guys,

1) Does NOC code 0601 count for the CEC ? If so which exo

2) Also if I work for 40hours a week, would I be able to qualify the 1 year work experience in 39 weeks ? 1560/40 = 39weeks ?

3) Also how is this recent change in CEC policy, i.e. I read online that CEC will become Express entry starting from Jan effect individuals applying to the CEC now and applying after Jan 2015?

Yes.

No. Rule is complete one year.

As far I know, you can't apply directly under economic class (CEC is one of them) but go through the screening process called Express Entry. However, rules are not clear yet.
See here for more detail

No. It's a minimum of 52 weeks of full-time employment.

Hours are provided to help part-time workers calculate their full-time equivalent.

Express entry is not in effect yet, not until January 2015.
