NOC C for Express entry

Hi... I'm an international student and completed my program Personal support worker. I have received a one year PGWP.
my profession is under NOC C
am I still eligible to file for PR after I gain experience as a PSW?

You aren’t eligible through express entry but you can look at the Home Support Worker Pilot.
