I am a international student going to start a freelance (part-time) job and this job is listed under NOC A

So, my concern is how can i apply for PR with this job, I don't mind waiting for a year and applying also.. just wanted to make sure what are my options of programs that i can apply under.

Thanks

The OP-25A clearly states, that

Any periods of self-employment or unauthorized work will not be included in calculating
the period of work experience [R87.1(3)(b)]. A person who has worked in Canada
without authorization has failed to comply with A30(1), and on that basis could be found
inadmissible under A41.
and since you say you freelance, you are not and will not become eligible under the CEC.

Find a full-time job for 12 months, which is either skill level 0, A or B and apply under the CEC in 12 months,
or look for a different immigration program.

You can use the Come to Canada tool to determine
if you're eligible under a different class
