Should i apply for NOC 4131 category as company trainer

u can apply in noc 4131. make sure u write main duties similar to that mention in their website(noc 4131).

Hopefully You will be fine. I did my Bachelor in Civil Engineering with a Master from Norway. I am working as a Lecturer at UET Lahore for the last five years. I want to apply for Canada Immigration. University Lecturers are mentioned under Job category 4121 where minimun requirement is PhD wheras I fulfill the job requirements under Category 4131. Please guide me in this regard.
