I suggest you apply without a police certificate since it is not mandatory...you can work out on your police certificates later..

Can someone tell me for NOC 4011, the equivalency of Master Degree in education from WES is mandatory.

I have two Master degrees from Pakistan one in commerce and one in economics but WES has been awarded me Two Bachelors degrees in equivalency against Canadian Education.

Need very authentic answer Please.

i did 5 year BDS program in india and 3 year MDS program in india
wes report canada equivalency - - 5 years of professional dental studies and 3 years of graduate dental studies

same issue with me..wes gave my MBA degree bachelors equivalency :/..i am also confused if i am eligible to 4011 or not??

Does anyone know that if there is any specific designated organization for NOC 4011 evaluating the credential? That is, is NOC 4011 regulated in Canada and thus require a specific organization to evaluate our credential?

no, it is not a regulated noc
you can evaluate your credentials with wes and if you have atleast i year of teaching experience as a lecturer and a masters degree, then eligible

WES does the evaluation in general.
specialized evaluation is needed for Doctors and other professionals of regulated professions.

Thanks, vinisha09 and RiyadChowdhury. I asked because I found out that Engineers are also a regulated occupation and require special evaluation from designated body.
