NOC 4011

I have called CIC a several times. But most of the times call is not connected.when it is connected they say that they can't access this information.if any other 30 Oct applicant please help.

one of my frd 30Oct of 4011 is also waiting...

some nov applicants got uci by calling ... some called 6 time one got by first attempt. i think Oct applicants should keep trying.. one lucky call and mystery of 4011 will be solved ..

I am November 26/27 applicant, for some reason post shows that my letter was delivered and signed on 26 and on 27 November.
NOC 4011.
Still no news, applied from Canada.

i didnt get uci by calling.. but some from nov applicants . if you are in canda Then you can get the status of 4011 easily. this will clear the confusion of all others of 4011.

procedure that they have followed is .

Call on 1-613-944-4000 and use options 111 113. Then dont input any data when asked for application number thrice. your call will be then transferred to a call center agent. Tell them of your problem and ask them for UCI or perhaps your application status.

to get the answers of your questions you might need to try many times until you find the nice person who is willing to give the information you are looking for.

Please update the forum if you get any info.

In NOC 1123 .. there has been a jump from around Oct 21st to Nov 21st ... Same like Vinisha09's case in 4011 ..

On a 1123 related forum .. this is mentioned ..

If you guys remember .. the last update stated 483 Files counted towards the 1000 Cap and 330 Files awaiting Ministerial Instructions/ Review ..

So i guess 330 Files of 4011 are awaiting Ministerial Instructions/ Review ..

What does Vergeville Case Processing Centre do with CIC?
As far as I know they process other type of permanent residence applications not related to Federal Skilled Worker Program.

In my humble opionion there are 3 scenarios I offer to your judgement)
First of all, although she claimed that she applied for FSWP still it is possible her application has been processed under PhD stream (This may be due to she basically wrote NOC category or PhD stream or Arranged Job offer on the label of envelope)
Secondly, someone mentioned that this can be a sign that indicates caps deadline which is quite possible.
Finally, she has been extremely lucky and hopes are high for all of us))

Now regarding NOC 4011 situation and other hot NOCs.
What do we have?
According to the last CIC update there are 483 applications counted toward cap and latest PER date on those days was oct 1 by the way when there was an earlier update in Nov 19 that we heard forumites received PER for Aug 27-Sept 1 dates. If you perform rough analysis from SS and take into consideration that apps. in SS are 20% of those worldwide you will find out that people who received PER for those dates and divide on 0.2 you will be surpised that the numbers almost matches to those provided by CIC.
I think it is obvious that only people who have got PER are in the cap.
Now regarding 330 pending applications. Latest Cc or Dd encashments were for Oct 10-16 applications. It is obvious that 330 pending apps. are not only those apps who were encashed because it is impossible that during 15-20 days CiC received 330 apps. Is that correct? So 330 includez apps. which passed completness check and as far as I know from forums completness check took 15-20 days to be done. So in update provided by CIC all applicants up to firsr dates of December counted.
I think they are processing cold nocs applications to begin hot NoC ones.
Also the fact that no hot NOC's applicant has got back his/her application proves my point.

Firstly I didn't make a judgement.

Secondly, I wud be really happy if u r right as I'm a 3rd Dec applicant .. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thirdly, there has been a case where the applicants fee has been refunded after charge .. I guess that might have happened due to the re-review .. wat say ?

you perfectly make sense my frd. and i hope we are in the cap.

but i have one question.

in the last update of 16 Dec it was mentioned in the footnote of noc 4011 that cic have received more the 1000 apps . so why cic have not returned any app of late or mid December?

i think they are keeping files for some reason even cap is reached or may be sending them by snail mail.

CIC is looking way to inefficient and unpredictable.
