How does your job offer meet IMP requirements? What country are you from? Is it a inter-company transfer?

I'm from India. It is not any intra company transfer.
I just got an initial confirmation from a canadian Employer. Just want to know is This NOC 3413 Fall under LMIA exempted code ?

You need an approved LMIA.

No. Ask your employer to pay $1k and file for a LMIA. They will need to show that they couldn’t hire anyone in Canada. It will take a while to process so if approved, you will then apply for a closed work permit. Just for the processing of the closed work permit is about a year right now. So your employer needs to be willing to wait a long time.

Is it possible if I landed in Canada on visitors visa after getting LMIA approved job offer and convert my visit visa status to work permit visa by using Flagpoling system?
How many days required for LMIA processing?

Plan on 4-6 months for the LMIA.

You can try. You are not guaranteed entry into Canada with a TRV or more importantly a stay long enough to wait until you can apply for a WP. At the POE you can be asked to prove yoyr ties to yoyr home country like home and employment in your home country and proof thst uou have enough funds to support yourself while in Canada. As a visitor you aren't supposed to be coming to Canada to try and secure employment. Assume you have work history in the field and you've looked iblnto licensing that may be required.

When my employer will send me the LMIA approved job offer, then should I apply for Visitors visa ( Have sponsor in Canada) for time consuming. I’m able to show my ties to my home country,like my property,my job ,my aged mother etc. After landing can I go through Flagpoling process to convert my status from Travel to Work permit visa?
