I have received an update from candian alliance of physiotherapy regulators.. They suggest to do PLAR in following..
1) statistics..2) geriatrics...3) neurological systems (assessment, physiotherapy diagnosis, evaluation and problem identification, speific physiotherapy intervention and treatement) 4) cardio respiratory system(assessment, phyisotherapy diagnosis, evaluation and problem identification)
I think the 1,3 and 4 are not discussed detail in my syllabus. So they ask me to get supporting documents from the university. I can get evidence from my university that I have done statistics in details whilst I was doing Msc

But the problem is with neurology and cardiothoracic.. in my syllabus they mentioned very briefly about cardio thoracic and neurology such as neurological , cardiothoracic condition snd the name of the conditions.. and they are not stating about the assessment, diagnosis, tratment etc.. Thats the way they are doing the syllabus. but we have studied all these things in university.
I asked my college to provide more details that I have studied theses in details but they refused as they said they cannot give me any documents if its not mentioned in my syllabus..
what should I do now.. If i am doing a PLAR n neuro and cardio thoracic is that a self study module or university one.. I am disappointed as I studied both these for one full year and they are even satisfied with my credit hours... I have to do it again only because college is not ready to gice me a detailed explantaion... moroever I have been working in a neuro rehabilitaion centre for past 4 years... Any suggestions????

hiii ajis..why dont you try to get it from your university???

Hi guys,

I'll be eligible to apply for Canadian PR from Feb 29th,2012. I'm a physio applying from Hyderabad. The cap shows 149 as of jan 16th 2012 and there is no further update. Do i stand a chance to get into the line before the cap reaches 500?
Please clarify. And Mr.Mayak-thank you for your message but i'm unable to reply you back due to some error.
My email: chaitanya_apple_me@yahoo.com

If you meet all other eligibility criteria, please feel free to apply without bothering about the cap reaching 500.
There are far less physios applying for Canadian Immigration vis a vis other professions..
Wish you all the best !

Chaitanya,
As I said in my previous reply to your same query...please rest assured and apply and stop worrying about the CAP as chance for NOC 3142 CAP reaching 500 mark is a remote possibility !!
