NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

I am in canada in a wp and thsts y I receivd file little earlier.cic usally send file back in a regular mail.in my case it took around 2wks to reach though I am in canada.so it tskes one or one and half month to reach in india/any other country for reg.mail.

Got my files returned too.. As informed by my consultant they received it last feb.26 due to capacity limit reached. Oct.22 applicant.

My file was sent November 26, 2014 under NOC 3012 and yesterday I received a message from my consultant stating that my file has been returned. Reason for this is that CAP HAS BEEN REACHED. I just don't understand why the government announced their cap reached status on december 11, 2014. It kept all others hopes up thinking we are all in before such announcement. I feel sad about it but was ready at the same time in hearing the news. time for plan C then.

The news flowing in are quite sad.. Better than silence though. Many thanks to those who confirmed receiving their files back due to cap fill.
Indeed CIC ought to have announced cap fill earlier than they did!

All hope is not lost yet, for with God all things are possible. The next option for us now is the EE.
Praying that the required marks will be reduced with time since it is not easy to reach the current mark without a job offer or a PN.

Lets not give up, but keep hope alive for God is faithful!!
