I received my PER mail on December 18th. There are a few changes I would like to update the Visa Officer/CIC about.

1. I'm going to join a new company in January, 2015 with a bit different roles and responsibilities to that of NOC 2281.
2. My Mailing Address has changed since I sent my file to CIC.
3. The first company I worked with has moved to a different City and the Address, Phones, fax and email address mentioned on the Exprerience letter have changed.
How should I go about communicating with the VO/CIC and providing all this information to them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

i am filing case for NOC 2281 and my question is that mu current job designation is NETWORK ENGINEER but i have all the roles for technician so does the designation matters or having the same job roles as a technician is fine ?

The designation doesn´t matter. For example, my designation is Infrastructure Analyst.
The important are the roles. ;]
