NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

As we see in NOC 2281 , 5th September applicant received PER just today , where as in other NOC people are receiving files in just 2 months time , what could be the reason ( does it mean completeness check for our NOC is till earlier OCT ? )

I am in bit panic because my application reached CIC on 7th NOV , just praying if could be the part of the CAP.

Don´t worry. Yes, they´re still checking our noc, applications from October. Some NOCs goes faster because they´re hot NOCs.

If you´re Nov 7th, you´ll probably be charged in January or February. I believe it´s getting faster because most of the people sent the applications until August or September.

I hope there are enough slot (CAP SPACE ) available for NOV and DEC applicants
