Noc 2133 - Electrical & Electronics Engineer

My husband is a hardcore Electrical Engineer with 12 yrs of exp..he has created an Express Entry profile with NOC 2133 as primary. He has done his Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering but doesnt have work experience in Electronics Engineering. My question will just experience under Electrical Engineering qualify him for the above NOC or he will need experience in Electronics Engineering as well
