As you have read in the CIC website (and actually been posted in some thread here), The 2006 Edition of NOC was modified effective January 31, 2011. I looked on some NOCs in this new revision and compared to the present 29 NOC list.
Here are my observations: (Just notify me if incorrect or I have missed something).
1. 0631 – Restaurant and Food Service Managers - NO CHANGES
2. 0811 – Primary Production Managers (Except Agriculture) - new title (Managers in natural resources production and fishing)
3. 1122 - Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management - new title (Professional occupations in business management consulting)
4. 1233 – Insurance Adjusters and Claims Examiners - deleted and changed to NOC 1312 – Major group 13
5. 2121 – Biologists and Related Scientists - NO CHANGES
6. 2151 – Architects - NO CHANGES
7. 3111 – Specialist Physicians - NO CHANGES
8. 3112 – General Practitioners and Family Physicians - NO CHANGES
9. 3113 – Dentists - NO CHANGES
10. 3131 – Pharmacists - NO CHANGES
11. 3142 – Physiotherapists - NO CHANGES
12. 3152 – Registered Nurses - deleted and changed to NOC 3012 (Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses)
13. 3215 – Medical Radiation Technologists - NO CHANGES
14. 3222 – Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists - NO CHANGES
15. 3233 – Licensed Practical Nurses - NO CHANGES
16. 4151 – Psychologists - NO CHANGES

18. 6241 – Chefs - deleted and changed to NOC number 6321
19. 6242 – Cooks - deleted and changed to NOC number 6322
20. 7215 - Contractors and Supervisors, Carpentry Trades - deleted and changed to NOC number 7204
21. 7216 – Contractors and Supervisors, Mechanic Trades - deleted and changed to NOC number 7301. Some job titles was removed and placed in other NOC number. I think they spread some to NOC 7302 to 7305.
22. 7241 – Electricians (Except Industrial and Power System) - NO CHANGES
23. 7242 – Industrial Electricians - NO CHANGES
24. 7251 – Plumbers - NO CHANGES
25. 7265 - Welders and Related Machine Operators - deleted and changed to NOC number 7237
26. 7312 – Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanics - NO CHANGES
27. 7371 – Crane Operators - NO CHANGES
28. 7372 – Drillers and Blasters – Surface Mining, Quarrying and Construction - NO CHANGES
29. 8222 – Supervisors, Oil and Gas Drilling and Service - NO CHANGES, just added Contractors in the title
