What was the rejection based on?

1 they dont belive that im qualified to 1215,

2 my payslub shows other job title ( that was a mistake when i was new to company , company set a wrong file to payslub company )

Hi, if you fall under NOC 1215 and you have landed or still in the process, kindly share your experience. If you have landed, how easy was it for u to get a job in your field. Did u have to do any course or any kind of program before or after landing. And what's the best pre Arrival program for this NOC

If I can successfully persuade employer to add some of the job duties in NOC 1215 into the job offer, do you guys have any suggestions for how to re-write those duties? because we can't copy them word to word.
