I calculated cap date about 1111, 1123, 2132, 2133 and 4011.
I assumed that the date of the last updating on 12.16 is till 10.31, my result is：
1111（n 931）11.14 cap
1123（n 822）12.10 cap.
2132（n 907）11.19 cap.
2133（n 777）12.23 cap.
4011（n 813）12.12 cap.
Other NOC should not cap till 12.31 .

Formula: (1000-n)/(n/184)
Note: 184 is days from 5.1 to 10.31

Hello to all, I am new here. A family friend had told me about this forum & I think it would be better to link with you all for my future conversation with VO.

1st of all, I want to tell about me. I am applicant of NOC 1111, FSWP 2014. My application was reached on 26th Dec, 2014 at CIO Sydney, NS. And, I am much glad to tell, last night had received PER e mail from CIO, which stated that VO would contact me for further proceeding on my application.

I am much surprised, because I was not expecting this PER e mail much early. Hence, a friend of me had applied in OCT, 2014 but, he did not even charged yet. My that friend had called to CIC agent & asked how he did not charged & I received PER. Agent stated, there was a temporary pause after mid OCt applicants but now they had started from 30 DEC to backwards OCT. Because, first come first serve basis has been ended from 1 January, 2014. And CIC would chose best applicants either cap would reached or not up to reaching MID OCT from DEC30.

It is really much surprising for me. But, anyhow I am so much happy to get PER. Could anyone please guide me, when should I be getting MR request by VO?

Please let me know that under Express Entry system point scoring is dependent on type of occupation. If yes then

will it be better for me to go for Express Entry for both mine & my spouse separately for different occupations.

Also let me know that which occupations have most chances to be picked / invited in Express Entry System.

No communication since october 9th

hello everyone,

This is Dipesh Virani, I applied in 2013 and application returned back as cap size reached it limit.

Again in 2014 May i applied, Online status says, We have recived your application on 15th may 2014, Then received my file number through email on 3rd september 2014, then online status update, We started processing your application on October 9, 2014.

Since then no further communication from NDVO or CIC, neither they have contacted my Employer.

It has been long 4 months and 5days today no MR email no communication. I have put an enquiry to CSE on January 19th 2015 , but no response yet.

I am very much tensed now as this is my 2nd year in applying visa. Kindly respond me if any issue could be with my application.

My work experience is under a chanrtered accountatn for 5 years , and he has not received any communication could this be an issue, as CA does not appoint any financial or investment analyst.

I called cic today and they told noc 1111 capped and application returned because noc 1111 full It's very bad for cic no responsibility received my application in 23 October they told 931 and now they told it's full
I am very angry I don't speak more

Application received 13 November by CIC

I received an email today from CIC requesting for my PO Box number. The email also has a UCI number however no CC charged.

What does that mean, is my application being processed or returned?

I am sorry, but request for your P.O. Box doesn't sound like great news.

Well if they only had asked for PO Box only then it wouldn't be a great news. But the fact that they gave you a UCI number there is a high possibility that your application is under review. A UCI number is issued only if you are going to be considered or if you have travelled to Canada previously you would have been issued a UCI at that time. Now i am guessing that you don't have a Canadian visa or any other visa prior to this application for PR.

But if you had a UCI number because of your prior visits to Canada then the PO Box request may not be such a good thing.

Keep trying online to see if you can see any status update (if this is a new UCI).

No communication after that.

Hi Guys,

I just completed my medical for me and my family.................it was a detail examination and very stressful......it went ok and doctor should forward reports tomorrow if everything is ok............

Thank God the medical is out the way.

Now once medical is received.........third line updated then i will forward passports and PRfees and the two additional forms they required me to redo....

One point my passport will expired in August 2015..so i went to renew same ...should i send both the old and new passports to Vo.

Please advise.
