NOC - 0911 or 2132

Dear Friends,

I have a doubt on NOC list. As my Experience exactly suits to the roles and responsibilities of Manufacturing Manager(0911). Whereas my qualification is a 3 year diploma and a 3 year engineering( Lateral Entry from India). But my experience certificates mentioning my designation as Junior executive production and Senior engineer Manufacturing. Is my experience will be considered towards Manufacturing manager (0911) ?

And also there is a gap between my total years of experience for my higher studies. Find the below breakup for better Understanding.

Completion of secondary school - 2003.
Diploma in mechanical Eng - 2003 to 2006.
Worked as junior engineer - 2006 to 2008.
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) - 2008 to 2011.
Working as Engineer - 2011 till now.

And also at present I am working in Saudi Arabia from feb 2014. Do I need to get PCC police clearance certificate from this country too?. Since it is a mess here to get those documents.

Looking forward for your valuable response. Kindly help me in finding the exact suitable NOC to apply.

You should provide police clearance to all countries that you lived more than 6 months.

My wife stayed in Edmonton more than 6 months a tourist visa. How can she get a police clearance from Edmonton if she left the country last January 2014?
