Information security professionals are most wanted in Australia and the Kiwi country if Canada isnt a good run for IT security professionals.

Even learnt that your PMP certification really wont hold water except you have Canadian experience. This will almost certainly mean that even a CCIE or CISSP may still require Canadian Experience to get a good job in Canada.
