NOC 0213 Computer Managers

Hi everyone ... i want to apply under NOC 0213. following are my list of duties.. plz advise wether i am eligible under this category.


Managing team of Jr.Network Engineers to plan and implement Computer Network Communication Projects.

Supervise Team of engineers, technicians.

Analyze user's requirements, and develop system architecture and specifications as per user's requirements.

Supervise, inspect, installation and implementation of computer and telecommunications hardware.

Plan, design and integrate computer hardware related equipments, and Printed Circuit Board designing.




2ndly my job title is Assistant Manager(Computer) not Manager (Computer). will i be considered eligible in that category.

Please match your job duties with the below list of job duties. If most of job duties match with your work experience, you can be eligible to apply for canada PR.

Title is no problem

See if you are matching more duties of 0213 like recruit, Budget control, direct control and evaluate operations, recommend training etc

i did send my docs to CIO..

one question though. i didnot include the demand draft.. i used the CC option...

is CC option ok ? does it work for applications out of canada too ? :-\

Yes Umair this option works fine.. I also used CC option for Fee payment.. and that is accepted..
and you are aligible for the PR. doesnt matter ur r manager or ast. Manager.. you profession fall in NOC. for more detail you may read their guide and NOC web site.

Dear Seniors,

I put my questions to other forum but not getting response from the members quickly...as you already assissted with strong suggestions there r more things i need ur help..pls..do assisst..

During my masters degree abroad i was working full time as IT technician for 1 yr. during my masters will it matter for CHC or i should put partime on the letter..

also, in the same company i worked as:

IT technician: (2281) 2003- 2005 2.5 yrs
MIS assisstant: (0213) mar.06-oct. 06 8 months
MIS manager: (0213) 2009- 2010 13 months

How CHC will count or 8 months experience.
I had one year computer and networking diploma and training when i joinded the company as IT technician
then promoted to MIS assisstant for 8 months and then after completing my masters from abroad i was appointed as MIS manager
pls provide your assisstance
