Question:

I am planing to apply for NOC 0213 catagory.
I have been working for last 3 years out of 9 years as a INTERNET ADMINISTRATOR of nationwide WAN (Every District of my country/ Govt Office)and before that I was

in ALCATEL & bla bla. Total 9 years experience.

According to new system, does this post Internet systems administrator means NOC 0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers ?
2.
"INTERNET ADMINISTRATOR" and "Internet systems administrator" both are almost same word but different designation. Does it mean same ?

3.
"Internet systems administrator" post is totally technical position where person is responsible for
i) WAN Administration,
ii) Internet Systems install, configure and maintenance
&iii) Internet Security

I am not a financial decision maker but I am head of the technical decision maker and in my designation does not have a MANAGER keyword. I am getting here high paid

salary compare to ranking others in my country.

What basically I should describe in this technical position ? Managerial involvement or Pure Technical ?

Should I finish the IELTS exam (General) before apply to Immigration ?
