no work eligibility mention on my study permit

when i got my study permit they did not mention it on my study permit that i could work so when i went to get my sin no they said i could not get my sin no until i have the condition of work eligibility on my study permit
please help me and tell what should i do in this case

You need to apply and ask to have conditions changed on your permit to allow work. What is your program/DLI/length?

Is it a DLI? Again you will need to ask to change conditions on your permit. It is not guaranteed to be approved. MIt is paper based (I believe) so will take some time to be reviewed.

yes it is a dli institution Kwantlen Polytechnique university

KPU is designated DLI, reach out to IRCC to have your SP amended..

So you applied in January to amend it. It takes months so you just wait.
