I applied on behalf of my family through the Quebec Investment Program and we submitted our medicals on 27th December 2016. It has been almost 5 months and there is still no further updates provided. The Singapore CIC office does not take enquiries through phone and they did not reply my agent either. May I know how should I follow up with the progress of my application? Would going down to the Singapore CIC office personally to enquire help to get further updates since it has already been 5 months?
