No update on test taken in first week of January

I took my citizenship test and passed it unofficially in the first week of January. I have not heard back anything since then. I was wondering if there were other people in similar situation?
Everyone I read about seems to get their some progress whether interview or DM in a few weeks,

Don't look for people in the same situation. People in any situation here won't help you get further down your Cship path. Call IRCC, that is your best shot. Secondly, I don't know if this is a trend or a coincidence, but happened to me twice: shortly after calling them my application started moving to the next step (1st time I got an update from IRCC 2 days after calling, 2nd time literally 15 minutes after I hung up)
