No update after AOR

Hello, We have submitted our application on March 8th and got AOR on March 20th . Been 3 months , but no request for biometrics or medical. Have anyone faced similar scenario? What should be the reason for delay.

Some background information:
Sponsor: PR
PA residence: India
We didn't submit NOA but submitted emp documents, payslips and T4.
Also submitted all possible proofs.

Oooh ordering the GCMS Notes is not a bad idea!
