No Transcript Required from Temporary Foreign Workers

Hi All,

The recent document checklist [MM 5610 (01 2012) E, page 3] does not request transcripts from temporary foreign workers without any education in Canada. I just need to be sure I have read this correctly and notify interested parties since CIC also warns about including documents that they have not requested!

As currently written, the issue is whether you have any education in Canada - not whether you are applying as a skilled worker or as a post-grad... and some skilled worker applicants do indeed have education in Canada. They will still need to supply transcripts...
