No surname (family name) - peq-csq application

For CIC you are expressly advised to write your given name in family name field and leave the given name blank if you don't have family name.

How do you deal with it in Peq-csq application (paper based, not Arrima) for Quebec?

Hopefully someone who knows or has similar situation can answer.
