No slot to upload IMM5646 - Family Information

Hello Experts,

I am submitting a Visitor Visa Application for my mother (Online). I have filled all the information and when I reach document uploading section, I do not see a place to upload IMM5646 - Family Information. Am I missing something? I can see that IMM5646 is among the documents required but no dedicated slot to upload this document.
