No respose from CHC after submitting visa for more than 1 month

Hi,
I had submitted my visa on Feb:06,2013 to Delhi CHC(India) via VFS. I has been more than 30 working days the application is submitted. I have not got any query from CHC by now. Neither they responded to my email query on Visa Status. The website shows the "application is under process". I have no clue where my application is and why it is getting delayed.
Please suggest how can I determine about the actual status of my application as VFS also tell me that they do not have any information on the status because the application is with CHC-Delhi.

Medical Done: 02 Feb,2013
Visa Applied: 06 Feb,2013

visa type:Temporary Resident visa for ICT Work Permit.

Do you mean...PPs submitted? What category you have applied under?

Hi,

Same case with me, I have applied for work permit for myself, open work permit for my spouse & dependent visa for my son on 19th March 2013 at VFS center bangalore & till now i have not heard from CHC new delhi at all, i have queried them multiple times by e-mail but no reply from them at all...
when i track my visa application on vfs website, it says that the "Application is under processing", don't really understand why there is a huge delay for the process.

Anyone can help on the timelines prevailing currently in CHC new delhi.

Hi There,

my case is similar to yours. Submitted my PP on 15th March. Even mine is ICT.

Pls follow up with your immigration teams in your company. They might contact the attorney/CHC.

What i got to know is if an individual writes an email to CHC, there will be not be a proper response.

But right now what I heard is the delay is because of Canada foreign officers are on work to rule action..

if you get any other information pls share it and lets keep this thread alive..

Hi there,

Did anyone get a response from CHC on their visa and work permits. I applied for TRV in the first week of April still have not hear from them.
