I applied in the beginning of july but I didn't receive any response and I checked online but it seems they didn't even start processing my application. for your advice

Four months is currently the norm for receiving an Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). The good news is, if they had rejected the application for being incomplete, you would likely have gotten it back already
