No response from CIC yet

Dear Forum Members,

I had applied for Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) program under the NOC code 2147 and I believe my application had reached CIC in the first week of September 2013. Unfortunately I did not sent it via registered post but upon inquiring with my local post office here in State of Qatar, they had stated that the application was delivered in the first week of September.

Until now there has been no response from CIC, I know the cap limit has finished after reviewing the applications of July, but I would like to inquire when will they send us back our applications?

Its been 4 months already

Let me know if there is any contact number to reach their office and how could possibly they can trace my application if I request them?

They may not have reached your application yet. I think you'll be waiting another 2-3 months before you see your application.

Finally got an email yesterday from CIC stating that my application has been returned on 09th dec 2013 as the cap limit has reached and apparently CIC does not take responsibility of the application packages returned and there is no tracking number to track it as well. I wonder how long will it take to receive the application as its already a month now. ???

They gave me an UCI number, any ideas of its importance?

HI guys i had applied for thr canadian PR by an agency called polynsis. the file reached canada on sep 19th 2013. till now i dont receive any email from CIC. I come under Radiation therapist category. Caps is not yet reached 300 its still on 55 i guess. Can I contact anyone to know the status? when i called the agency they say they dont know what is happening.. guys any advice pls

Do mention your complete name , passport number , nationality , Fee Payment Document number , and if possible attach copy of your DD.

I had send the email. Still no response all i got was some automated reply saying for general enquiry go to some sites and others for another site blah blah.. i mailed them 25 days back..
