No reply to CSE

Today is day 31 since I sent in my first CSE with an FBI PCC. I never received a response from CIC saying they attached the document to my file. Does this mean my documents have not been attached or they just didn't send a reply? I am in a high state of panic.

honestly... how are we supposed to know?
CIC have precedence in just not replying. They have precedence in letting people know that docs were attached. It really could be either. I can't give you a definitive answer to this.

I suggest you order GCMS notes. It'll take a month before you receive them. There you can find all the notes from the VO assessing your application.

On my previous application of EE, I sent them an enquiry through CSE and attached my latest PCC as well. I never received any confirmation aside from the auto reply. On the GCMS notes I got I saw the date when CSE received my email. There's no need to panic as I suggested you may order GCMS.

It worked for me. As long as you got a auto confirmation email there's no need to worry and if you want to make sure do what's suggested. You'll only have to spare 5 bucks.

Thank you. That makes me feel a bit more at ease. I am an outland applicant so i'll have to ponder gcms notes for a bit. Not as easy to order from abroad.

I am happy to report that I finally received a reply to my CSE. It took longer than 30 days, but they still sent it. It goes to show that CIC will reply to each CSE.

I am facing big difficulties to upload additional documents requested by cic, this is my second request for second additional info.

First time, October 20, I was requested for schedule 4 and 4A. I did it successfully on October 21. After that mycic profile status for additional submitted documents is showing PROVIDED

Second time I was requested to send marital status of family members for both me and spouse. I need to upload imm5406 form for additional family information forms. I have to send within nov 19. But big problem facing is that I was not provided any options or link in placeholder page. ( mycic>view submitted application> continue>documents submitted by the client, document check list page. Here I am supposed to get the option to upload, but nothing there.

Status of review of submitted documents is still PROViDED.

I sent a CSE with LOE for difficulties to upload and form for additional information on November 14. Still I didn't get any response from them.

I sent my document to generic mailbox of case processing centre, Ottawa, Ontario. Today they replied me to send it CSE. I have only two days in hand, I am so panic if it affect my file.

Any one Can you tell me the sequence of your status for additional submitted documents? When you got request for document second time, what was the status for document review? How you uploaded document 2nd time? On the same page, same way like first time?
