No reference from oldest company as it is closed

Hello All,

I have total 18 years of experience and I am able to get the reference letter from now till last 16+ years.
But my oldest company in India (where I worked initially for 1.5 years ) is closed and I am unable to find anyone who was working over there..
I just have experience letter from that company .. No salary slip or bank statement...
In this case, providing just experience letter works ? I have all details from current job till last 16+ years....
If not anyone face similar issue .. How did you deal with it ?

No need, you can only count work experience within the last 10 years.
