No PPR after medicalsbut ecas say A decision has been made on your application

Hi All,

I did not recevie PPR after medicals were received by CIC in Dec.

When i check my status in cic website, it is showing as "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

I am worried now. What does this mean.

Is my application rejected after medicals. or is htis due to some inconsistency in the system for the last few weeks..

how to interpret this. I did not receive an any email on this..

Is this the status before receving a PPR. Guys who recevied PPR's, pls share ...

Pls guys plzz share if any of u any of u r in same situation.

I've seen both situations. You may get your MR even after the "decision made" status, or sadly your application could be rejected.

I really hope your application is on the first case.

E-mail the office. Chances are they will give you an indication as to what is going on at this stage.

I got my MR long back and medicals were sent to CIC in Dec.

It is very strange to see decison made today in website.

I started to worry a lot now as my previous application wes rejected and now i can not undergo the same pain again..

What's your primary mode of communication? Is it via email? Then check your emails INCLUDING SPAM FOLDERS. If its snail mail, then you'll have to wait to see what the outcome is. I'm not sure why you consider it strange that it says DM. They won't reveal the decision on ECAS. There are only two possible situations here - accepted or rejected (hope its the former).

You have to email the officer and ask about that. I wish you get the PPR soon.

I got my PPR in email today after ecas is updated. Thanks to one and all..

Strange.. ECAS updated to decision made before PPR email.

We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2012.

We started processing your application on November 1, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Hello , I received Medical requests on Feb 18. I am planning to go to India on Apr 6, 60Days cutover ends Apr 18

PLS advice if medical results are sent by Practioner with in days to CIC of test is done. The some veterans have mentioned it takes 3-4 weeks for CIC to get it.. Can anyone shed some light..

They send it out as soon as the results are available, which is (I was told by my med. examiner) in 1 weeks time. So I would assume that if you did your meds on Feb 18, CIC would get it within 2 weeks.
