No points for expired LMIA in express entry

yes you will get 50 points even if your LMIA has expired
but you are on closed work permit
and you have job offer which is valid for more than 1 year

I belong to above category my lmia was expired when i filled my pr application but wp was valid and had unconditional job offer

probably new LMIA will be used for closed work permit extension after 2 years.

You need a new job offer letter stating you will have a permanent job one year past receiving PR. You can’t use your original job offer. Do you have that?
