My CRS score is 397 and the profile is administration, which is in demand in Alberta. But, even after the recent draw of ainp which has invited people with the minimum crs of 301, I haven’t recieved the noi. My profile was made on 27th of June 2020. Can I know what could be the reason?
No NOI even after eligibility

Do you work and live in Alberta? The province is only approving inland applications. Also just because your NOC is in demand, it doesn't mean they selected it.
