hi guys , I ope you can help me , I applied on september 13 for a study permit and on the 18th I received a message to send a police certificate which I did on the 22nd and I received another email telling me that my application status had been updated and when I looked on details it said that it was submitted , and I haven't received any news since , my application status is still open , the normal processing times in my country is 5 weeks so I was wondering is that 5 weeks from the day I sent the application on september 13 or is it from the day I sent the police certificate ?? , also can I contact anyone to see if anything happened with my application ?
