How did you receive the request? GCKEY, email or both?

Well you get an email saying there is a message on your cic gckey account. You also get an email with instructions. And the ecas did not get updated.

Mine has always been like that 'you do not need a medical exam, if this changes a message with instructions will be sent to you'. But I think its a generic status.

Nope But my GC Key account message says submitted none before it says your action is required..
