Sleepless nights thinking about what will happen to applications in the 38 that were put in after Feb. 27th and before Nov. 28th, 2008. Will they be sent from the local CHC offices to Nova Scotia and be processed there? Or will they stay in their respective local CHC offices and go through the old time lines?
