No mail from vfs

Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 25/11/2016 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.
But i did not get any mail from vfs
What does this mean?
Refusal or what?

I think email comes after a little time......so wait hopefully you might get the visa
