No Fixed Hours Contract Job

Hi Friends, I'm working as a part time employee with Irregular Shifts and no fixed hours. But i'm making upto 30 Hrs/Week and couple of times only 7.5 Hrs/ Week. Pls advise what to write on schedule 8 in Hours worked and what to request Employer when writing a reference letters in No. of Hours worked.

I'm planning to attach Offer letter, Paystubs, Time sheets along with Reference letter.

Please advise.

You can calculate your average, put that on the form, and write a letter of explanation. If you provide a week by week breakdown, that will help.

As for the letter of employment, it should state that you are a part time employee with variable hours, working on average... Or - working from MINUMUM to MAXIMUM hours per week.
