No date on pcc

My police clearance certificate from SSP office from Punjab, India does not have any date on it (since I lived in India.)
I am living at this address since birth.
So do i need to change the certificate and to add a particular date on it ???
or do i Submit it as such??

Indian PCCs only have issued date.
