No correspondence, no ppr, 2015 April Applicant, help, I don't know how to do

Here is my status, so strange, I do receive correspondence letter in November 12th, and I delivered my updated schedule A, also I sent the requested document to the cic document request email address and paid my RPRF fees, I do not know what happened, here is my ECAS status, there is no change at all,

We received your application for permanent residence on April 24, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 14, 2015.
Medical results have been received.


even they do not give me any dates when they received my medical results.

I called the calling center, they always say if it is already 15 months, they can check, otherwise they can not check,

Same by me. Just 3 line in ECAS. I'm April 27 applicant.
I think that is normal.

Same here, april 27, same lines in ecas...
It has sloved down with PPR this last 2weeks, I think it will take another month maybe for us....
