Dear all,

My husband and myself are applying under Prince Edward Island program outside canada. We got our medical letter in October 2013. Before we conducted medical check we somehow received PPR and RPRF in November 2013. However, as we had travel plans at the year end, we wrote to the consulate (Hong Kong) that we wanted to delay submitting our passport until Feb 2014 and they agreed. We had medical check in December 2013 and the results have been mailed from the medical center to the consulate immediately after we had the check. In Feb 2014 we submitted our passports. Then we found out one document (non-criminal record for my 6 months staying in another country) was not mailed to consulate successfully so we resubmit the document on Mar 4 and it's confirmed that the consulate has received it around Mar 5 or 6. However, I only saw medical results received on the website today. Do you have any idea where i can get my passports back? I need to travel to another country at the end of the month.

See my progress below

1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2013.

2.We started processing your application on November 25, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

Thank you very much
