Hello to all! :D

I send the police clearance of my spouse last June 24, 2013 thru Canada Expresspost with tracking number & signature, but it doesn't appear on their website (Canada Post) that the documents were delivered. I already contacted the Post Office & they conducted an investigation. The result was, they said "the item could be delivered to the addressee which is a LVR (Large Volume Receiver). They received very large volume of mail put in a special container or bags from canada post on a regular basis. For that reason, final delivery scans and/or signature may sometimes not be available". Please check with the receiver regarding the delivery of the item.

How would you know if the documents were delivered in Ottawa? I haven't received any confirmation from Ottawa that the document was received.

Please I need help :(

Thank you

Have you emailed ottawa? if no, you can email and ask them but only if they requested you for PCC. Otherwise, presume that they have received it,

Hello :)

I already send an email to Ottawa but still there is no reply or confirmation that they received the PCC, what should I do? Help please... :(

Hi I have the same problem. emailed Ottawa too but no reply. Really worried about my documents :( tomorrow i will contact Canada post again. Hope that my document had been delivered. Praying that our sent document is delivered and received.

The worst part is... they only gave me until October 2013 to provide the PCC. :(

they don't confirm receiving of documents. Be positive and believe that they received and just keep your proof of sending for incase.
