No communication after PPR

Hi everyone,

My spouse received her PPR on March 25th, 2021.

She is an outland applicant and her application was processed in Warsaw, Poland.

My wife is in Canada on a TRV. The request letter stated that she doesn't need to submit her passport if she's in Canada but she needs to contact the visa office.
On the day of PPR we sent the webform to Warsaw as instructed.

It's been 40 days now (the letter gives 30 days for submission) but we haven't received anything back from the visa office. Client support center agents can't see our application because it's being processed outside of Canada and Warsaw doesn't respond to our inquiries.

I am not sure what to do now. My wife's visitor status will be expiring soon and the deadline given in the PPR letter has passed.

If anyone has the same experience, please share!

It's s been more than 3 months now after the PPR and we still haven't received the COPR yet.

The file was transferred from Warsaw to Sydney but that's it

It was transferred back to Sydney ? How did you find that out?

Have you emailed Warsaw directly?

I called IRCC multiple times, I have been exchanging emails with Warsaw - with all these steps I got to know that the file transferred back to Sydney to arrange for virtual landing.

I've already talked to my MP Her office got the same information.

They say that we need to wait

Sorry to hear that. Frustrating and don't have any other suggestions, except keep trying.

Particularly annoying as before they brought in the 'virtual landing' platform, the instructions were quite straightforward - if in Canada, send passport to Ottawa address, and they sent back the finalized stuff by mail, as I recall, reasonably quickly (2-4 weeks?).

So I'm sure the virtual landing platform is an improvement in a lot of respects but in the switch there are a few files (at least) like yours that seem to have just been 'glitched.'
