No biometric appointments for Sept 2021 intake

I received a BIL on July 22nd for September 2021 intake. Appointments are available in September. I applied through SDS . Can someone please suggest what can I do ?
there is no deferral option for my program to Jan.Few people suggested to go to Nepal and get the biometric done. Is that okay to do? Or will it hinder my Visa chances

I'm from Mexico and went to another country (Costa rica, 9th March) to give my Biometrics and receive approvalof SP on 17th March.

Same here, had to travel from Honduras to USA (Florida) to give biometrics back in January.
